SBC Deaths
ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico: H. C. “Bill” Lowry, 77,
died Feb. 18. Lowry served as a staff member in various churches, including
three in Louisiana – First Baptist Church of New Orleans, FBC of Baton
Rouge and FBC of Bossier City. He also served some 20 years as a staff member
at the LifeWay Conference Center. Lowry is survived by his wife, Min, a son
and two daughters. He also is survived by a brother, Charles, who served as
a longtime staff member with the Louisiana Baptist Convention.
