First Lafayette: Tickets are now on sale for The Singing Christmas Tree, set for Dec. 9-12. An Acadiana tradition that dates to the mid-1980s, this year’s Broadway-style production is set in the fashion industry of Paris, France, where “Ellie Peterson” is in a quest to understand life, and rediscovers the joy that comes at Christmas.
