Retired pastor Bruce McGee conducted a World Mission
Conference in Cagayon De Oro City, Mindenao Island, Philippines.
He distributed materials to 42 pastors for future studies,
preached in four other churches and one seminary and reported
involvement in 42 professions of faith.

FORDOCHE – Henry Austin Stephens, retired minister,
died March 16. He was 77. Stephens, a former member of the
Louisiana Baptist Convention Executive Board, served in the gospel
ministry for 50 years. He pastored seven different churches in
Louisiana and retired in 1996 after serving 20 years as pastor of First
church of Maringouin. Stephens is survived by his wife, Polly, three
daughters and one son.
